EVE Park London is unique in a number of ways, with convenient, eco-friendly features that are scarce elsewhere. Among these features includes Canada’s first rotary smart parking towers. With this technology, EVE residents will enjoy the benefits of convenient parking, while the environment benefits from reduced land usage – a win-win situation.

## [Sustainability Doesn't Mean Sacrificing Comfort](https://www.evepark.ca/blog/sustainability-doesnt-mean-sacrificing-comfort)

Imagine a world where transportation is clean. A place where sustainability doesn’t mean sacrificing comfort.
At EVE Park, we wanted to make sustainability simple, accessible and automatic.
Your commute shouldn’t be more difficult just because you want to do better for our planet. That’s why we chose to focus on clean transportation with an emphasis on Electric Vehicles (EV’s) and car-share programs within the EVE community - a simple solution to a cleaner commute.
**At EVE Park, we have electric parking towers equipped with** [**Teslas**](https://www.tesla.com/en_ca)**.** These vehicles are available for private lease as well as car-sharing with other residents. The towers are also equipped with a variety of EV charging stations that are offset by solar energy. Every EVE Park community member has access to our on-site EV charging (and additional EV charging available at the [ChargePoint Charging Station](https://www.chargepoint.com/en-ca/) just across the street).

Every parent knows that raising children can feel like being a member of the “challenge-of-the-day” (or hour, or even minute) club! We often juggle their daily needs with our desire to raise kind, intelligent, and environmentally responsible children. We want them to understand the virtues of helping and sharing, and in our complex world, teaching our children to care includes teaching them how to help heal the planet.

One of the challenges of downsizing is deciding what to do with the stuff you are getting rid of. And one way to begin simplifying that challenge is to ensure that you’re reducing your carbon and landfill footprints along with your clutter.
